This product is grown in the Highlands behind Byron Bay by a Gastroenterologist named Richard Arnot. I think he would rather be growing Coffee than doing Surgery and why not, he is very good at it. The bean variety is called K9 and has 3 sections to it under the cherry ( most have only2) and was developed by th DPI for this region. Its very rich in flavour just like the region.
