Club Kappy - Terms and Conditions

By joining Club Kappy, you agree to the following terms and conditions set by Kappy’s Coffee Roasters.

1. Membership Eligibility

  • Open to individuals residing in Australia who are 18 years or older.

  • Members must maintain an active subscription to be eligible for ongoing benefits.

2. Monthly Subscription

  • Members receive 1kg of their chosen Kappy's signature blend every 30 days.

  • Blends can be changed month-to-month by emailing club@kappys.com.au (cut-off dates apply).

  • Shipping is included Australia-wide.

3. Member Discounts

  • Enjoy 10% off all purchases both in-store and online during the life of your membership.

  • Discount is applied when using your member unique code or upon showing member proof in-store.

4. Birthday Gift

  • Members receive a complimentary birthday gift during their birthday month.

  • To qualify, membership must be active for a minimum of 4 months.

  • Valid once per calendar year.

  • Gift value and type are subject to availability and may change at Kappy’s discretion.

5. Free In-Store Coffee Bonus

  • Members who purchase 2kg or more in a single in-store visit are entitled to one free barista-made coffee per transaction.

  • Limited to one free coffee per day.

6. Exclusive Access

  • Club Kappy members receive first access to exclusive Kappy’s drops, including:

    • Limited release blends

    • Seasonal offerings

    • Early access to merch and collaborations

7. Subscription Management

  • You can pause, skip, or change your subscription through your online account at any time, or by contacting club@kappys.com.au

  • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming delivery.

8. Payment & Billing

  • Subscription payments are billed automatically each month to the nominated payment method.

  • Failed payments may result in a temporary suspension of benefits until resolved.

9. Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the nature of the product, no refunds are available on roasted coffee unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery for any issues via email - club@kappys.com.au

10. Changes to Terms

  • Kappy’s Coffee Roasters reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of major changes via email.
